In a show of solidarity and fervent campaigning, former minister and Nellore City MLA candidate Dr. Ponguru Narayana rallied alongside MP candidate Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy in a grand procession through Nellore City. The event witnessed an overwhelming response from supporters and residents, as the duo kickstarted the rally by symbolically taking bows to signify their commitment to the election campaign.
Accompanied by TDP district president Abdul Aziz, TDP state general secretary Kotamreddy Srinivasulureddy, and other party leaders, the rally traversed through key areas of the city, including VRC Center, Gandhibomma, Trunk Road, Mulumudi Bus Stand, Chinna Bazar, Pedda Bazar, and Moolpet Center. The vibrant atmosphere was punctuated by chants of "Jai TDP" and "Jai Narayana", resonating with the enthusiasm of the gathered crowd comprising Telugu brothers, women activists, youth leaders, and supporters.
Dr. Ponguru Narayana, addressing the gathering, emphasized the importance of local leadership and the responsibility that comes with contesting as an MLA candidate. Reflecting on past endeavours and developmental initiatives undertaken in Nellore, he reiterated his commitment to comprehensive progress for the city. Narayana highlighted the need for coordinated efforts between the city MLA and MP candidates to secure funds and drive development in the region.
TDP district parliament president Abdul Aziz rallied support for the alliance candidates, underscoring the transformative impact of a TDP-led government on the state's development. He urged voters to rally behind the alliance for a promising future and emphasized the critical role of cooperation in securing victory for the TDP.
MP candidate Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy echoed the sentiment, citing the hardships faced under the current government and advocating for the comprehensive development of Nellore district through the NDA alliance. Reddy emphasized the need for electoral success in order to drive progress and urged voters to support the coalition candidates to bring about positive change in the upcoming elections.
The rally concluded with a resounding call for unity and support for the TDP alliance candidates, setting the stage for a dynamic electoral contest in Nellore as the candidates vowed to prioritize the welfare and development of the region.
