Pawan Kalyan, not Mahesh Babu was first choice for Athadu?

Pawan Kalyan's loss was Mahesh Babu's gain. When Trivikram narrated the story of Athadu to Pawan Kalyan, he slept half way and eventually didn't do the role. However, Mahesh Babu grabbed it with both hands and the film went on to become a huge hit.

During the audio launch of Atharintiki Daredi, Pawan said how he had slept off during a film script narration. Fans kept wondering which movie it was. However, Trivikram has broken the silence and spilled the beans as he revealed in a recent interview that the movie was 'Athadu' in which superstar Mahesh Babu acted.
