Rajinikanth's Lingaa shoot stopped by Anajpur villagers

We already told you that Superstar Rajinikanth is shooting for his next film Lingaa at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad.

Latest reports suggest that the crew of Lingaa moved to another shooting location -Anajpur, a village in Ranga Reddy district. The buzz doing the rounds in the filmnagar circles is that the villagers interrupted the shoot of the film saying they would let them shoot unless they paid them money.

It is learnt that these are the same villagers who created a ruckus on Rajamouli's Baahubali sets. Villagers denied the charge saying they had threatened to damage equipment as the shooting crew had polluted the lake by mixing chemicals.

It is learnt that the film crew has already taken the required permission from the government and concerned departments to carry on the shoot there. But with such interruption, the crew was left with no choice but to move back to RFC where the shooting has resumed.
