Mahesh Babu follows Srimanthudu path to adopt Burripalem village

Prince Mahesh Babu who is basking in glory for his movie 'Srimanthudu' success has bowled not just the audience but also the political bigwigs by his performance and the concept of the movie.

With the concept of rural development, Mahesh Babu aggressively promoted the movie due to the strong social content revolving around the plot in the movie. The concept has attracted many towards the idea of adopting the underdeveloped villages with political leaders and NRIs coming forward to implementing the idea.

Following the path in the movie, Superstar Mahesh Babu himself is adopting Burripalem village, the native place of Mahesh’s father actor Krishna. In the recent success meet, Mahesh Babu announced that during the shooting for the movie 'Srimanthudu' he had plans to adopt the village but didn’t reveal his idea as it would come through as a movie publicity stunt.

However, with the movie released, the star formally announced that the plans to develop the village will be devised in a couple of months. The gesture by Mahesh Babu is garnering acclaim from many and winning more hearts.
