30 injured during YS Jagan election campaign at Mandapeta

Mandapeta: In an incident, 30 people were injured during the YSR Congress party chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's election campaign at Mandapeta in East Godavari district on Wednesday.

As part of campaigning YS Jagan was in Mandapeta, in order to see him a huge number of gathering has taken place.

The roads were completely packed with the public. With this, the people started to get on the terrace of the nearby buildings.

As the people were occupied the terrace of a building on the roadside, suddenly the compound wall has collapsed.

In this incident the 20 people, who were on the terrace have fallen down, at the same time more 10 members who were under the terrace have also got seriously injured.

So far there were no casualties reported in the incident. All the injured were immediately shifted to Mandapeta hospital. Where one is said to be in critical condition.

The seriously injured victims were also shifted to Kakinada GGH. As YS Jagan was busy in the election rally, he couldn't make it to the hospital. But on his behalf, the YSRCP leaders have visited the victims at the hospital.
