37 passengers injured as private bus turns turtle near Edlapadu in Guntur

In a horrific incident, the Venkatramana travels bus travelling from Bangalore to Vijayawada has been crashed at Edlapadu in Guntur district on the 16th National Highway. The accident occurred while the bus tried to overtake the tractor.

The bus has hit the divider and overturned on the road. As many as seven passengers seriously injured and 30 others got minor injuries. Upon receiving the information, the police rushed the injured to a government hospital in Guntur.

Edlapadu Sub Inspector Nageswara Rao has registered a case and is investigating the incident further.
