5 burnt alive after car catches fire in Chittoor district

Around five people were burnt alive and another sustained severe injuries after they were travelling turned turtle and caught on fire on early hours Saturday.

The incident occurred at Mamadugu village of Gangavaram mandal of Chittoor district. Passersby alerted the police and fire fighters who rushed the spot.

The fire fighters doused the flames and the injured was shifted to a hospital. The police registered a case and are probing into it.
