A day before his release from jail, TDP Leader Chintamaneni Prabhakar arrested in another case

The cases are haunting former MLA and TDP leader Chintamaneni Prabhakar. The TDP leader who is supposed to be released on Wednesday has arrested yet another case on Tuesday. Chintamaneni was arrested in the case filed by Joseph in East Godavari district.

Chintamaneni, who was on remanded in jail, was arrested on a PT warrant and produced in Eluru Excise Court. The court imposed a further 14-day remand for Chintamani.

Chintamani is already on remand in the Eluru District Jail in an atrocity. Nine cases have been reported against Chintamani this month. He is scheduled to be released on bail on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, another recent case surfaced and the Former MLA remanded for 14 days. The TDP leaders alleged that the YSRCP govt targetted Chintamaneni by registering cases.
