ACB seeks details of AP govt employees who are facing corruption charges
The Anti Corruption Bureau department on Friday has sought the details of corrupt officials and staff from all government departments. The ACB DG wrote a letter to the General Administration to this extent. The order has been issued to disclose the details of the employees who have been accused of corruption from the state secretariat to the village level.
They have also asked the government departments to give details of those arrested and suspended staff for alleged corruption. The Department of General Administration has sent a circular to all Principle Secretaries and Heads of Departments to give full details from June 1, 2019 respectively.
The YSRCP government headed by chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has been going all out on corruption and hence made IPS officer PSR Anjaneyulu as the ACB chief. Ever since his ( PSR Anjaneyulu) appointment, there have been raids on every department every now and then. In the meantime, the ACB jas sought details of corrupt employees from all the departments in the state government.
