Air India Restores Its Services In Andhra Pradesh: MP Vijaya sai Reddy Thanks Chairman
Ashwani Lohani, chairman of Air India, said that Air India would revive the cancelled services in Andhra Pradesh. In addition to the restoration of services, there are proposals for new airlines in the routes Vijayawada-Tirupati-Vizag, Vijayawada-Shirdi and Vijayawada-Bangalore
Air India will operate a three-weekly flight between Delhi and Vijayawada and will run a Delhi-Vijayawada-Tirupati-Vijayawada-Delhi flight from October 27. Air India stated this in a letter written to YSRCP parliamentary leader Vijayasai Reddy.
Air India had cancelled several routes in Andhra Pradesh last July. Vijayasair Reddy meets Air India Chairman Lohani urged to restore the cancelled flights between Vizag-Vijayawada-Bangalore and Vizag-Vijayawada-Tirupati.
The MP also wrote a letter to Air India asking to start new flights between Vijayawada-Vizag-Tirupati, Vijayawada-Shirdi and Vijayawada-Bangalore to which Lohani responded positively. Vijayasai Reddy expressed his pleasure over Air India's decision thanked.
