AKNU begins records verification work

Rajamahendravaram: Adikavi Nannaya University (AKNU) education department commenced the record verification work related to the affiliated colleges at its campus here on Thursday. The verification will be continued for 10 days and the officials would verify around 3,600 records per day relating to 48 affiliated colleges.

University registrar professor S Teki inspected the verification process and directed the faculty members to verify the records without any lapses. Education department wing of the university was conducting the verification of the records from many years. AKNU is giving top priority for quality teaching to its students.

AKNU is the largest university in the state with 1.25 lakh students and nearly 300 above affiliated colleges in twin Godavari districts. He asked education department head Dr K Subba Rao to monitor the process strictly.
