All set for Indo-American military manoeuvres in coastal Andhra
Visakhapatnam and Kakinada shores are going to be the venue for the military manoeuvres. For the first time in the Andhra Pradesh United States of America and India are preparing to perform military exercises. The biggest event is scheduled to begin from November 13 and will continue for eight days.
The manoeuvres will be carried out on the shores of Visakhapatnam and Kakinada under the Eastern Naval Command in Visakha. More than 500 American Marines, Sailors, Airmen and 1,200 of India's three armed forces will be involved in the exercise. India and the USS German town warships would be taking part in this orientation.
Defence experts believe that these ambitious feats, named after the Tiger Triumph, will serve to create a peaceful atmosphere in the Indo-Pacific waters. Earlier, India and the United States jointly conducted US-Asian joint military exercises with various countries.
