Amaravati farmers block Swamy Swarupananda in Guntur over the capital issue

The farmers protest in Amaravati has hit Vishakha Sarada Peetham chief Swaroopananda Swamy who visited Guntur as a chief guest at the Sri Venkateswara Swamy celebrations. They explained to Swamy about the concerns of farmers and women over the capital issue. However, Swarupananda Swamy quietly dispersed from the scene.

The women and farmers outraged over Swamy for ignoring them and chanted slogans against the latter. Speaking to media, the women have expressed their helplessness over Swamiji's act and lamented at him.
