Amaravati : Sarada Peethadhipati urges CM to protect temples in State

Amaravati : Sarada Peetham Uttara Peethadhipati Swamy Swatmanandendra Swamy met Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy at the CM's camp office here on Tuesday and appealed for speedy inquiry into the incidents of idols desecration.
He revealed the suggestions made by Swaroopanandendra Swamy to the Chief Minister for the protection of temples.
He appealed for a coordination between governing bodies of temples and officials for protection of temples. Swamiji said that the Chief Minister assured of stern action against the culprits.
He said that the CM informed him on laying foundation for those demolished temples in Vijayawada during TDP regime on January 8.
The CM expressed concern over present situation to protect the Gods and assured to protect the temples and sanatana Dharma, he informed.
