Amaravati: TDP to protest demanding distribution of completed houses to poor

Amaravati: The TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu has given a protest call across the State against the government for not distributing the already completed houses and pending the dues to the contractors who constructed these houses during the previous government. The TDP leaders will stage the protest on Monday at the buildings, which were completed and yet to be distributed by the government to the beneficiaries under the Housing for poor scheme. According to the TDP, at least 8 lakh houses were completed before the general elections in 2019 and were not distributed by the YSRCP government.
