Andhra employees all set to get June salaries on Monday

The Andhra Pradesh finance ministry is taking all measures to pay the salaries for all government employees in the state on Monday. The salaries which has to be paid on first of every month has been delayed as the appropriation bill was not passed in the legislative council. The bill was finally cleared after it was approved by the governor with which decks for employee salaries in Andhra Pradesh has been cleared.

The Governor approved the monetary bill passed by the government. With the approval of the Governor on the bill now, the way to pay salaries has been paved. The deputy chairman of the council has postponed the House indefinitely without the passage of a monetary bill due to fierce disputes between the two TDP and YSRCP parties.

The government has been unable to pay salaries to employees and pensioners on the 1st of this month. The bill may be approved by the governor after 14 days, even if the council does not approve the terms.

With the end of the 14-day deadline, the monetary bill was sent to the governor Thursday afternoon. The Finance Department has issued a gazette notification.
