In this backdrop, there are speculations doing rounds over the governor's speech in the wake of upcoming assembly sessions. The governor who is supposed to address the legislatures sdirectly in the House at the time of Assembly sessions is likely to address the house through online amid Coronavirus, which is first time in India. The Andhra Pradesh assembly sessions will begin from the 16th of this month at 10 o'clock in the morning where the governor will address the two houses.
