Andhra Pradesh 13th, Telangana 5th most corrupt states in the country: India Corruption Survey-2019

Andhra Pradesh ranked 13th in the 'India Corruption Survey-2019' conducted by Transparency International India. Compared to other states in the country, it can be said that AP is far better.
