Andhra Pradesh cabinet to meet today, here are the issues likely to be discussed

Andhra Pradesh: The Andhra Pradesh cabinet is scheduled to meet today at 11 am chaired by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. The meeting will discuss various issues and take a decision. The cabinet would discuss on the distribution of house site pattas and land comprehensive survey. In addition, there are opportunities to give approval for a number of development projects. The new tourism policy in the state and the formation of the Medical Education‌ and Research Corporation would also be approved. The survey will discuss the amendment of the Boundary Law. The Cabinet will discuss the issue of allotment of 40 acres of land along with the setting up of a Lad Survey Academy in Tirupati.

The distribution of housing plots across the state will take place on the 25th of this month. The government has already decided to start the house building program on the same day. The government hopes to hold the event in a festive manner in every district. The state-wide comprehensive land survey will begin on the 21st of this month. In this context, CM Jagan will hand over key responsibilities to the ministers on the two programs.

On the 30th of this month, the YSRCP government decided to provide financial assistance to farmers affected by the recent rains and floods. The Cabinet will formally approve it. Chief Minister Jagan seems to be handling the hustle and bustle mainly from Sankranthi. Part of this is wanting to hold a referendum on government governance.

CM Jagan, who visited Polavaram, will explain the real situation happening near the project to the ministers and will have the opportunity to inform the ministers about the central ideas. There is an opportunity to discuss the current political situation prevailing in the state. Similarly, it will discuss the conduct of elections in the wake of coronavirus second wave warnings.
