Nellore: TDP senior leader Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy criticised that even though the ACB Court had allowed the hospital-based investigation, Government machinery behaved vindictively asking K Atchannaidu for custody.
He released a note on Thursday and described the efforts for custody on Wednesday night as a violation of human rights.
He said the police officials tried to violate directions of the ACB Court.
He condemned the incident and stated that trying to shift a person who underwent surgeries twice in the recent past is a barbaric attitude.
He said they forced him to travel on a car for more than 14 hours at the time of taking into custody in Srikakulam some days ago.
