Andhra Pradesh government ensuring free medicare to poor: Minister Alla Nani

Kakinada: Deputy Chief Minister and Health Minister Alla Nani said that the government was revolutionising the medical sector in the State and making free medical services available to the poor.
The government sanctioned Rs 500 crore to the medical college proposed to be set up in Amalapuram. Alla Nani and Social Welfare Minister P Viswaroop on Tuesday, along with District Collector D Muralidhar Reddy inspected the 52-acre site adjacent to the bypass road in Amalapuram rural mandal for setting up the medical college.
A village clinic is being set up at every village secretariat and sixty per cent of the land collection has been completed, the Health Minister added.
