Andhra Pradesh govt hikes salaries of 108 and 104 employees
Good News for Employees of 108 and 104 Services across the State as Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has decided to increase their salaries. Representatives of the 108 and 104 trade unions at the chief minister's camp office in Tadepalli on Thursday met with the CM to hike their wages. CM responded positively to their appeal. Representatives of the trade unions told the media that the Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy had acknowledged their hardship and assured them of a salary increase.
There are currently more than two thousand people working in 108 vehicles, of which the pilot (driver) now has a salary of Rs 13,000, which is Rs. 28000 while the EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) employees whose salary is 15000 is raised to 30000. There are about 1,500 employees in 104 vehicles out of which the pharmacist and lab technician has a salary of Rs. 17,500, which is increased to Rs. 28000 wile the driver's salary is increased to 26000.
With the employee's request, the chief minister assured that the employees would be merged in the outsourcing corporation.
"We have been working on 108 vehicles for the past 14 years. Acknowledging our plight, Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy welcomes this decision.
