Andhra Pradesh govt transfers 16 IAS officers in a bureaucratic reshuffle

The Andhra Pradesh government headed by chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has transferred as many as 16 IAS officers including those who are idle and still waiting for the office. The government has given postings as well. The transfer orders were issued on Wednesday night.
