Andhra Pradesh reports 605 new Coronavirus cases and 10 deaths, tally moves to 11,489

As many as 605 Coronavirus cases were reported in Andhra Pradesh taking the tally to 11,489 cases in the state in the past twenty four hours. According to the media health bulletin released by the state nodal officer om Friday, the state has conducted tests for 22,305 tests in the past 24 hours, which amasses to cumulative of more than seven lakh tests. The media health bulletin states that 191 persons were recovered on Friday while the total active cases stands at 4516 and the recovered cases at 4307.

The total number of active cases stands at 6147 while the recovered cases stands at 5196. On the other hand, ten more deaths occurred with four each in Krishna and Kurnool district and one each in Guntur and Visakhapatnam taking the total toll to 146 on Sunday.

Meanwhile, among the total cases reported on Friday, the cases related to the foreign returnees are 372 with 289 active cases and 83 discharges till today while the migrant returnees cases stands at 1764 leaving 672 in active status and 1092 discharges till today.
