AP Elections 2019: APSRTC bus tickets full on 10, 11 April
Amaravati: The 2019 general elections are like another Sankranti festival in AP, the festival effect is mostly seen in Hyderabad because the Andhra people living here will go back to their native places.
It's just three months over for Sankranti, again with the release of the elections notification the festival season is back in the state. On 11 April the elections are going to held in AP. For which the buses and trains are fully packed with passengers.
The APSRTC is showing no tickets on 10, 11 April. So by now, Seemandhra voters in Telangana are in queue back to their places.
In order to cast their vote in the coming elections, the people have booked their tickets long back. The APSRTC has given the option of one-month advance booking..as soon as it opened, the tickets were sold out like hot cakes within no time.
With this, the APSRTC website is showing no tickets on 10, 11 April. Now the last minute travelers are depended on the private travels.
On the other side, the political parties have also booked the private travels buses in advance, so that they may bring their voters who are living in other places.
The bus starts on 10 April evening, and will again return back to Hyderabad on 12 April morning. The TDP and YSRCP candidates have booked private buses in advance.
Overall with the release of the elections schedule, it's like another Sankranti for APSRTC and private travels on 10, 11 April.
The APSRTC has arranged to operate special services on 10, 11 April. For which, the tickets fair are also hiked by 50 percent. The private travels buses have also increased the ticket price according to the demand.
