AP finance minister Buggana Rajendranath asserts that Sand will be sold through APMDC

State Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy said that in the last TDP government, the corruption in the contract work has been high. On Thursday, he visited Nersapuram village of PMLanka Mandal in the district. Speaking to the media on the occasion, the minister said that there were no truth in opposition allegations in government misappropriating funds for welfare schemes.

He said today's welfare schemes will be invested in the state tomorrow. The last government pending bills were Rs. 60 thousand crores, he said. So far, only Rs. 20 thousand crores were paid. The minister said that the corporation will be formed to collect details and details of the branches in districts. "The state is expected to generate revenue of Rs 17,500 Crore through liquor and RS 1000 Crore with sand," he said.

The welfare schemes emphasize aging pension, amma vodi and Raithu Bharosa Scheme. The minister has made it clear that the government has no intention of conducting auctions for sand ramps. The sand sales will be handled by APMDC.
