AP Governor Biswa Bhusan Harichandan thanks people for following Janata Curfew

Amaravati: The Governor Biswa Bhusan Harichandan thanked the people for observing Janata curfew on Sunday in pursuance to the call given by the PM Narendra Modi, which was a grand success. The Governor said by taking necessary precautions it is possible to prevent spread of the coronavirus.

Governor expressed his gratitude to the medical fraternity, social service organisations for their untiring efforts in providing round the clock service to people affected by novel coronavirus and preventing spread of the virus, by clapping hands.

Meanwhile, the Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy also expressed his gratitude towards the health and medical employees at Tadepalli in Guntur district.

Jagan stated that, "I salute the indomitable spirit of our healthcare workers, army personnel, police & everyone out there working around the clock so that we are safe at our homes. We are indebted to them for their service during these tough times".

On the other hand, the Leader of Opposition and TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu, who spent a reasonable time with his grandson Nara Devansh and red a book for his knowledge, also expressed his gratitude. Naidu tweeted that, "Observing #JantaCurfew by reading out a book to Devaansh. It is for our safety that we stay at home today and spend time with our families".

TDP general secretary Nara Lokesh said that, "A small token of appreciation to the doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, government officials, members of the armed forces and police, disaster management officials and every kind person who cares for others".
