AP Governor prorogues AP legislative council and assembly, govt to bring ordinance on three capital

In an interesting development, the governor of Andhra Pradesh has prorogued the legislative council. Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan has issued a notification to this extent. Despite the fact that it is common for the governor to prorogue the council, it has become the talk of the town as there is political vendetta against the three capital bills in the state.

The latest development has become the boon for the YSRCP government as it seems to be planning to bring ordinance on decentralization and development and CRDA repeal bills.

Government sources say the ordinance will not have any technical difficulties as the bills are being passed in the assembly.
