AP govt calls for fresh tenders for Polavaram works

Amaravati: The AP government called for the first reverse tendering for the remaining works of the Polavaram project on Saturday. The reverse tendering for the remaining works of the Polavaram irrigation project has been initiated, despite objections raised by the Polavaram Project Authority.

Special Chief Secretary Adityanath Das has informed this correspondent in a communication that the state government has called for reverse tendering for the Polavaram Irrigation project for the completion of the remaining works.

The government has recently cancelled the contract of Navayuga Engineering Private Limited and called this fresh tenders.
