The lists of selected beneficiaries are approved by the District Collectors and sent to the Ministers in-charge of the respective districts. The lists are sent to the state authorities as soon as they are approved by the Minister in charge.

The list is sent to the Chief Secretary after approval by the State office. The lists will go back to the district as soon as permission is obtained from them.
