The applicant will compare the details of the application with the details recorded in the government record. There are 9 levels to consider. A report will be prepared regarding that application.

The details will then be forwarded to the Welfare and Education Assistant at the Village and Ward Secretariat.

The Welfare and Education Assistant prepares a comprehensive report on the field.

The report will be submitted to the MPDO in rural areas and the municipal commissioner in urban areas.

The MPDOs and the municipal commissioners will thoroughly review all the reports and confirm eligibility and grant the pension.

Once the grants are returned to the Gram and Ward Secretariat, they are distributed to the beneficiary by a village volunteer.

This process can be completed within 5 days of the application process and will determine whether the applicant is eligible for pension.
