AP High Court investigates petition against Chandrababu Naidu, adjourns case for tomorrow

Andhra Pradesh: The AP High Court on Wednesday has investigated the petition filed against opposition leader Chandrababu Naidu over the violation of lockdown rules. The court has asked the petitioner whether he had complaint to the concerned authorities over the issue. The petitioner had brought to the High Court's notice that the same case had been taken up by the High Court in the past. However, the court has said that the petition would be heard along the past case. It is known fact that the Petitioner Vanga Venkatrami Reddy and lawyer Ponaka Janardhan Reddy have approached the court seeking an order to file a case against Chandrababu in violation of lockdown rules.

Chandrababu Naidu, who landed in Andhra Pradesh on Monday after two months violated the lockdown rules. Telugu Desam Party cadre ​​who knew that Babu was coming, took to the streets in large numbers to welcome their leader without wearing masks and practicing physical distance.

Former MLAs Sriram's grandfather, Tangirala Sowmyulu at Jangaiagpeta, Nandigama and Kanchikachara, welcomed Chandrababu with TDP flags. Chandrababu came out of the car and conveyed to the TDP lines.
