AP Weather report: Rains likely in coastal Andhra Pradesh in next two days
According to weather department, Andhra Pradesh likely to receive the rain for the next 24 hours due to the surface trough formed along the Chhattisgarh and Telangana and stretched to Karnataka. On the other hand, the southwest monsoon is moving slowly in the state. Meteorological officials are predicting that the impact of the surface trough will be felt over the next 24 hours in coastal areas and in Rayalaseema. Mild to moderate rains are expected in the next two days in the districts of coastal Andhra starting from the 21st of this month.
Meanwhile, several coastal districts of Andhra Pradesh are experiencing rains with sporadic rains were reported in West Godavari and East Godavari districts respectively. Other districts are also experiencing heavy rains. On the other hand, the Meteorological Department forecasts the possibility of low pressure in the northern Bay of Bengal by the end of this month.
While the rains are expected in Telangana on Thursday and Friday. However, the downpour is continuing in Hyderabad from the last two days.
