APIIC former chairman S Sivarama Subramanyam joins YSRCP
Rajamahendravaram: At last, one among the elite of Arya Vysya community Srighakollapu Sivarama Subramanyam (former chairman of Andhra Pradesh
Industrial Infrastructure Corporation) joined YSRCP at his house in the presence of party president YS Jaganmohan Reddy along with his supporters here on Monday.
He is the staunch supporter of former Chief Minister K Rosaiah.
YSRCP president YS Jaganmohan Reddy on the way to Kakinada to participate in the Sankharavam meeting visited the house of Sivarama Subramanyan and had lunch with him. He welcomed Subramanyam into the party by giving him the party shawl.
Later, Jaganmohan Reddy said from now Subramanyam is the family member of the party and the party will honour him and asked him to put his efforts to strengthen the party and take the party's policies into masses.
With the joining of Subramanyan the party's strength has increased in the city as well as in the district.
Sivarama Subramanyan assured to work with dedication and commitment for the party and follow the directions of the president and work with union with the other leaders in the party.
He said he can put his efforts to make Jaganmohan Reddy as Chief Minister and tour across the state in this regard.
Earlier, Sivarama Subramanyam tried to join in the party but because of various reasons his joining was delayed.
Meanwhile, he met Jaganmoahan Reddy at his residence in Hyderabad along with party state youth wing president Jakkampudi Raja and party Parliamentary Constituency coordinator and MP candidate Margani Bharat Ram, where his joining was finalised. Later, Sivarama Subramanyam invited Jaganmohan Reddy for lunch.
Independent corporators Nanduri Venkata Ramana, K Mariyamma, A Padmavathi, former corporators P Haranadh, K Ramana, A Vasu, BS Rao, AV Ramana and many others joined the party.
YSRCP leaders RSP Rao, Jakkampudi Raja, Margani Bharat, PS Bose, Jakkampudi Vijaya Lakshmi, N Srinivas, Medapati Sharmila Reddy and many others were present.
