APSRTC to run 1750 bus services to Pancharama Kshetras amid Karthika Month

APSRTC to operate 3,607 special services for Sankranti 

Amid Karthika month, the APSRTC has given good news for Andhra Pradesh people stating that as many as 1,750 buses would ply from all the five Pancharama Kshetras in the state such as Palakollu, Bhimavaram, Draksharamam, Samarlakota and Amaravati. The authorities have directed the regional managers of all the districts to set up bus services without any inconvenience to the devotees.

As the devotees are want to visit Pancharamala on the same day, therefore, the RTC is providing transport facilities accordingly. On the first Monday, the RTC operated special buses from nine districts to Pancharama Kshetras and from four districts to Srisailam.

Earlier, APSRTC has operated 109 special services from nine districts in the first week to Pancharama Kshetras in the state. 16 buses ply from Srisailam and Kotappakonda to Kurnool, Prakasam, Krishna and Guntur districts. Depending on the distance, buses will depart from midnight on Sunday and return to Pancharamala on Monday night to make the return journey. The RTC is making arrangements accordingly and advised the people to take advantage of this opportunity.

It is knew that the Karthika month has begun on last Friday where the devotees from all across the state has flocked to shiva temples and offered prayers.
