Markapuram: Education Minister Dr Audimulapu Suresh demanded Varla Ramaiah and other TDP leaders to prove that he spoke to Dr Sudhakar and his mother to manage them. He advised the leaders to convince the TDP president Nara Chandrababu Naidu to apologise to the Dalits first and then dare to speak in his support.

Speaking at his camp office in Markapuram on Sunday, Dr Suresh said that the TDP president made derogatory remarks against the Dalits and demanded his apologies to the community first.

Responding to the allegations that he is trying to manage the aesthetician and his family members, the minister said that the TDP leaders use the word manage frequently as they are experts in it.

He said that they could take his call list and prove that he called and spoke to Dr Sudhakar or his family members. He said that Varla Ramaiah and other dalit leaders in TDP are praising Chandrababu Naidu who use dalits as pawns in the politics, as a Messiah while the dalits, backward classes and oppressed classes are praising YS Rajasekhara Reddy then and YS Jagan Mohan Reddy as their saviour now.

The minister informed that the government was making arrangements to distribute housing plots to 27 lakh dalits, BCs, minorities and other people in the society in the 13 districts on July 8, on the birthday of YS Rajasekhara Reddy.
