Be serious in household survey: Prakasam collector Dr. Pola Bhaskara

Ongole: Prakasam district collector Dr. Pola Bhaskara ordered the officials to strictly conduct the fourth phase household survey and shun negligence in doing it. He advised the medical officers and mandal level officers to work with commitment, in a video conference held with them from the collectorate on Thursday.

The collector ordered the officials to strictly follow the instructions given by the government. He pointed out that the details of 3,600 people under 90 primary health centres (PHCs) were not entered online while full details of 725 people under 56 PHCs were not furnished in the data entry. He said that the village and ward volunteers were gathering information at the ground level and entering the data in the Spandana portal. He ordered the ANMs (auxiliary nurse midwife) and medical officers to monitor the health conditions of people and shift those with Covid-19 or high-risk symptoms to isolation or quarantine depending on the conditions. He ordered them to address issues raised on the Spandana app and focus on improving the health conditions of the public.
