Buzz: Balakrishna's aide likely to join YSRCP ahead of Local Body elections

Nandamuri Balakrishna's close aide and former MLA Kadiri Babu Rao has reportedly given the rude shock to his beloved friend and TDP. He is likely to shift his loyalty from TDP to YSRCP after meeting chief minister Jagan in the afternoon and join the party after discussions.

Babu Rao has been kept himself away from politics and TDP ever since his defeat in recent elections from Darshi constituency in Prakasam. It is learnt that the said leader is furious at TDP for not allowing him to contest from Kanigiri in 2019 elections.

The former MLA who contested from TDP lost to YCP candidate Maddisetti Venugopal and has been away from the party ever since. Earlier, Babu Rao condemned the reports of party switching spread on social media three months back. However, he has not responded to the latest speculations, which confirms his path to YSRCP.
