Call to eradicate human trafficking: Judge K Vani
Ongole: Everyone in the society should come forward and eradicate the heinous crime of human trafficking, said the principal Junior Civil Judge, K Vani. She participated as the chief guest in an awareness program held as part of the International Day against Human Trafficking, in Vijetha Public School in Ongole on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, Vani said that anti-social activities were increasing with the help of human traffickers. She said that there were stringent laws banning human trafficking in the country.
She said that the victims of human trafficking were leading a very unbearable life. She advised the students that the adolescent boys and girls should be aware of human trafficking and its effects to not fall prey to the traffickers.
