YS Viveka murder case: CBI Court adjourns the hearing to August 14

The CBI court conducted a hearing into YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case wherein the accused individuals, namely Bhaskar Reddy, Gangireddy, Devi Reddy Sivashankar Reddy, Uma Shankar Reddy, Sunil Yadav, and Uday Kumar Reddy, attended the trial.

However, another accused named Dastagiri, who turned approver in the case, was not present. He filed an absentee petition. As a result, the CBI court adjourned further investigation to August 14.

It is known that CBI, which investigated the murder case has submitted the chargesheet in the case on the last day of investigation on June 30.

The CBI investigation has took several turns in the case after Supreme Court has put a deadline the complete the probe. However, it seems that the investigation on the case has ended and CBI court would hear the arguments on August 14.

Meanwhile, the accused YS Bhaskar Reddy and Viveka PA's petition would come for hearing on July 20.
