CCVA chairman meets Governor in Vijayawada

Vijayawada: Y Harish Chandra Prasad, chairman, Cultural Centre met Biswabhushan Harichandan, Governor at Raj Bhavan here on Thursday and invited him to the Cultural Centre of Vijayawada and Amaravati (CCVA), a CSR wing of Malaxmi Group.

On the occasion, Prasad briefed the Governor on the activities of CCVA, such as art shows, artisan development programmes, Preserve Heritage for Posterity campaign to bring awareness on preserving the heritage properties by local communities by sensitising them, organising literary activities including International Multilingual Poets Meet and city beautification projects.

Later, he presented a copy of Amaravati Poetic Prism-2018 (Anthology of International Multilingual Poetry) to the Governor in the presence of Mukhesh Kumar Meena, Principal Secretary to Governor. Dr E Sivanagi Reddy, CEO, CCVA also participated in the meeting.
