Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy's Delhi tour. The centre has responded positively to pay compensation to farmers affected by cyclone Nivar. The centre has given the green signal to pay compensation as soon as CM Jagan has briefed the plight of the affected farmers. The center went into search to find out where the damage was. To this end, the central teams will tour the districts affected by the cyclone for two days from today.

YS Jagan's Delhi tour has become a boon for cyclone-hit farmers as the Chief Minister has requested the Union Ministers to provide the required funds and facilities to the Andhra Pradesh from the Center. However, farmers have been severely affected by the unseasonal rains this year. The CM appealed to the centre to do justice to all of them. The center that responds positively will send central teams to the AP to find out how much crop damage has occurred.

Central teams will tour the Nivar monsoon-affected areas in AP for two days from today with one team will tour Chittoor district and another team in Nellore district and inspects the damaged crops to assess the extent of damage. Meanwhile, one team will tour Guntur district and another team will visit YSR district. The Disaster Management Commissioner said that all arrangements for the central teams have been completed.

Farmers have been severely affected by the rains this year and are seeking the central and state governments to support them.
