Chandrababu condemns murder of TDP activist in Tirupati, demands accused be punished

The assassination of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) activist Bharat Yadav in Tirupati has been strongly condemned by party president Nara Chandrababu Naidu. He conveyed his deepest condolences to the family members of Bharat Yadav. Chandrababu was incensed at the five murders in Tirupati after the YSRCP came to power. It is alleged that the spiritual realm is turning into a platform for political party achievements.

He was outraged that the peaceful Tirupati was being turned into a factional area. Chandrababu cited the assassination of Bharat Yadav as evidence of the failure of peace demanded that the accused be severely punished and the tranquility be preserved.

In Tirupati, TDP activist Bharat Yadav was attacked by unknown persons last night. He was severely wounded in the attack with knives. Bharat Yadav was rushed to RUIA Hospital. However, Bharat Yadav pronounced dead while undergoing treatment. Meanwhile, Tirupati East police have registered a case and are investigating the murder of Bharat Yadav. Bharat Yadav is a relative of TDP Tirupati parliamentary constituency president Narasimha Yadav.

TDP leaders are concerned that the YCP regime has lacked protection for TDP activists. They demanded immediate arrest of the culprits. YCP activists are accused of attacking Bharat Yadav. Meanwhile, several TDP leaders mourned the death of Bharat Yadav.
