Chandrababu Naidu to visit Kuppam today
Tirupati: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will be visiting his home constituency Kuppam on Wednesday to participate in 'Prasanna Tirupati Ganga Jatara' there. His wife N Bhuvaneswari will also participate in the event along with the Chief Minister.
It was learnt that, the required permissions from the Election Commission were also taken for Chief Minister's visit as the election code is still in vogue. Naidu has already reached Bengaluru from New Delhi on Tuesday night. There he will hold talks with JDS chief and former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda and his son and Chief Minister Kumar Swamy.
Chief Minister's wife Bhuvaneswari has already reached Kuppam on Tuesday. It may be recalled that it will be the first visit of Bhuvaneswari to Kuppam. Naidu will leave Kuppam immediately after participating in the celebrations at the temple.
During her interaction with party local leaders as part of electioneering in April, she expressed her wish to visit the town and participate in any celebrations. At the time, constituency in charge PS Munirathnam told her that they will invite her for Ganga Jatara.
