Chittoor: Deputy Chief Minister K Narayana Swamy compliments District Collector

Chittoor: Deputy Chief Minister K Narayana Swamy complimented that District Collector Dr. B Gupta has been striving with the commitment for the welfare of SCs, STs, BCs, Kapus and Minorities. Participating in clean and green programme held at Surendranagar of Karvetinagar Mandal on Sunday, Narayanaswamy said that District Collector has been very generous to sanction burial grounds for all SC, ST habitations in GD Nellore Assembly Constituency.

The Dy.CM further said that stage has been set for enforcing Total Prohibition in phased manner for which steps have been initiated to curtail the number of wine shops in the state. He reiterated that the Ammavadi programme has been proved a big success in the state. Jagananna Devena programme would be launched on February 24 the DY.CM declared.
