Civil Supllies officials direct village volunteers for transparent survey on Ration cards

Civil supplies and consumer affairs deputy Tahasildat Mohan Nayak told volunteers that the survey of ration cards should be conducted effectively. He made several suggestions at a volunteers' meeting organized by the MPDO office. It has been suggested that the selection process of beneficiaries of ration cards in villages should be carried out transparently.

Family members must register within the deadline. He said that any wrongdoing should be taken care of and the responsibility to record any mistakes. MPDO Raghunath Gupta and Vaikapa Mandal Convener Srinivasa Reddy were present at the event.

Earlier, Civil supplies department directed officials to collect quality rice and bring awareness in public to return the rice bags for recycling.
