The arrangements for Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's visit to Chittoor on the 9th of this month for the launch of the Jagananna Amma Vodi scheme is in full swing. District Collector Narayan Bharat Gupta, Chittoor SP Senthil Kumar, Joint Collector Markandayulu, JC-2 Chandramouli, Chittoor RDO Renuka, YSR Kadapa district RJD Venkata Krishna Reddy are making all efforts for CM's tour.

On the 9th, the Amma Vodi scheme will be inaugurated at PVKN grounds in Chittoor. Officials are in the process of organizing the event at the Bhaga Ganga PVKN ground to accommodate 25,000 people. In addition, the stage was set up for cultural activities and the district administration has speeded up the necessary arrangements for the two-hour CM tour.

The government has allocated Rs 6,400 crore for this scheme. According to the scheme, every mother who is sending children to school will be financially assisted with Rs.15,000 per um for the payment of tuition fees in schools.

However, the government has put some rules to avail of the scheme. It is decided that the attendance of the student should not be less than 75 percent.

The new conditions that the government has introduced in the implementation of the scheme that has become a problem. There is a rumor that this is not applicable to all children in the family. The parents of the children want the government to announce full details on this and make it clear for whom the scheme applies. With the selection of beneficiaries nearing completion, the people still have doubts about the scheme.
