CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy keen on women's welfare, says Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy

Nellore: Government Advisor (Public Affairs) Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy said that there has been a break in the visits of Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy due to Covid pandemic and now, he is celebrating the Amma Vodi along with the mothers on January 11 in Nellore.

Addressing media on Friday along with Ministers P Anil Kumar and M Goutham Reddy, he said the second phase of the programme would be launched by the CM and they had discussed arrangements with the leaders for making the programme a grand success. Sajjala said the CM has been implementing various programmes for the welfare of poor in the state and they are giving positive results.

Even though the pandemic was giving troubles for implementation of various programmes, Jagan Mohan Reddy was keen on problems of mothers and hence attending the programme now. Ramakrishna Reddy also said the Chief Minister was giving 30 lakh house sites to the women and planning to make them self-reliant.

The Chief Minister will reach the Police Parade Grounds on January 11 at 11.30 and moves towards the venue at SVGS grounds for addressing the public, he stated. District Collector K V N Chakradhar Rao, legislators, and others were present.
