CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to conduct a review on land acquisitions in Visakhapatnam
Despite the proposal of the three capital bill stalled temporarily, it seems the YSRCP government headed by chief minister Jagan Mohan Reddy is going ahead as per the plan in taking steps to make Visakhapatnam as the administrative capital. As part of it, the Chief minister Jagan Mohan reddy will hold a review meeting the officials to discuss on the housing lands. The government has already finalized the guidelines for the land acquisition and decided to acquire 6116 acres of land under land pooling.
The Land pooling will reportedly be conducted in Sabbhavaram, Pendurti, Gajuwaka, Paravada, Padmanabham, Bhimunipatnam, Anandapuram, Pedagantyada, Visakha rural and Anakapalli zones. The land will be taken over from the occupants and will be given developed plots. The government has decided to give 900 yards of land per acre for assigned lands.
Meanwhile, the Jagan Mohan Reddy is preparing to launch the office in Visakhapatnam by Ugadi. The government sources said that they hope all the hurdles on three capital proposal would cease by Ugadi.
