CM YS Jagan orders to purchase 650 new ambulance
Amaravati: The AP government is focused on public welfare, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is moving forward to provide better governance in the state.
On the swearing-in ceremony as CM, YS Jagan has clarified that he'll have a special focus on health care and Aarogyasri. Now he is getting ready to improving and to restore the services of Aarogyasri scheme. The lost 108 ambulances are going to be restored back to the services.
Speaking in the Assembly, CM YS Jagan has expressed his anguish that the 108 ambulances which were the lifesaver for many in the past are nowhere seen now.
In the house, CM YS Jagan said that his government is going to purchase 350 new 108 ambulances and in order to provide ambulance services to each mandal, CM has ordered to purchase 650 new 104 ambulances.
He said if the cost of the medicine is over Rs 1,000 then the government will bear the cost of the treatment. For which a medical advisory committee has also been formed. CM said the expert doctors have been included in the panel and they will submit the report within two months.
CM YS Jagan has said to the house that he has directed to make a report by considering the suggestions and advises of the reputed doctors from four to five districts on how to effectively implement the Aarogyasri scheme.
According to the recommendations the Aarogyasri scheme will be implemented in such a way that the entire country will look towards the state.
He said the Aarogyasri scheme will be applicable for even Rs 40,000 earning person and whose annual income is Rs 5 lakh.
CM YS Jagan has clarified that he would fulfill every promise that are made during the elections.
